Adjustable piston rod introduction

They are suitable for use under general and special operating environment. The standard length is 5-5.8m. Main applications: Widely applied for all kinds of plane bearing guide rods, machine bed props of hydraulic and pneumatic units. Features: Smooth surface, good performance in rust prevention and high precision.




Characteristics:

1) The cathode current efficiency is up to 25%~35% and the depositions rate is very high;

2) The plated layer has high hardness (900~1200HV) and presents uniform and dense reticulated cracks, so it has a good wear-resistance; it can generate micro-cracks, with number of micro-cracks up to 800-2000 per cm (can be adjusted as required) and the corrosion-resistance be enhanced. The piston rod's salt mist resistance can reach more than 100 hours.

3) The plating liquid has a good dispersion capacity and the plating layer is even in thickness, so it will not generate coarse nodes and keep the plating layer with a bright and smooth appearance.
